Texas native Sloan Struble, better known as Dayglow, made a triumphant return to his home ground at Dallas’ South Side Ballroom on Dayglow The Tour. With his latest self-titled album setting the stage, Struble brought a fresh energy that perfectly blended his indie pop hits with vibrant new material. From the synth-driven grooves of "Every Little Thing I Say I Do" to the dreamy “Cocoon,” the crowd was treated to a dynamic performance that showed off his evolution as an artist.
Opening the night was Teenage Dads, whose playful, upbeat indie rock set warmed the crowd, creating an electric atmosphere that only grew as Dayglow took the stage. Struble, with his effortless charm and infectious energy, connected with the audience on a deeply personal level. There was something magical about the way he effortlessly transitioned from track to track, leaving no moment without joy or soul.
And of course, being back in Texas was extra special. Struble’s love for his roots was evident as he soaked in the crowd’s excitement, smiling and giving a nod to his journey. With an ever-expanding fan base and a sound that continues to shine brighter, Dayglow’s return to his home turf was nothing short of magical—a testament to his hard work, growth, and undeniable musical talent.
